Raw cleanse - October 2023
It's the fourth quarter of 2023!!! It was recommended to follow this cleanse while eating a raw diet. First shopped for my week of eating. Lots of salad and juicing (easiest for me). 10 days there was plenty of mucus and and "cold like" systems.
