Raw cleanse - October 2023
It's the fourth quarter of 2023!!! It was recommended to follow this cleanse while eating a raw diet. First shopped for my week of eating. Lots of salad and juicing (easiest for me). 10 days there was plenty of mucus and and "cold like" systems. The slight cravings for sweets were reduced and I have not eaten the same since completing the cleanse. I can't wait to do the cleanse again 💜
